These Terms govern your access to and use of the Aura — Voice Agent website and services. By using them you agree to these Terms. This is a template; have it reviewed by counsel before publication.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, API keys and the activity under them. Keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, to harass or defraud, to place calls without a lawful basis or required consent, to bypass rate limits, or to infringe others' rights. You are responsible for complying with calling, recording and consent laws in your jurisdictions.
Service & changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for high availability; specific uptime commitments are set out in your order or SLA.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the platform; you retain rights in your data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination & governing law
Either party may terminate per the agreement. These Terms are governed by the laws stated in your order form or, absent one, the laws of the provider's principal place of business.
