Last updated 16 June 2026 · How we handle personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how Aura — Voice Agent ("Aura", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our services. It is provided as a template and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before publication.

Data we collect

Contact details you submit (name, work email, phone, company), usage and device data from our website, and — for customers — call metadata, transcripts and recordings processed on your behalf as a data processor.

How we use it

To respond to demo and sales requests, provide and improve the service, ensure security and prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

We rely on your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the business, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable under the GDPR and similar laws.

Sharing & sub-processors

We share data with vetted sub-processors (e.g. telephony, speech, model and infrastructure providers) under data-processing agreements, and where required by law. A current sub-processor list is available on request.

Security

We apply field-level encryption, encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), least-privilege access, audit logging and tenant isolation. See our Security page for detail.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Customers can trigger GDPR export/erasure from the product. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Retention & cookies

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Our site uses essential cookies and, with consent, analytics cookies; you can manage preferences in your browser.
